I recently installed the latest Ubuntu on a PC that requires Wifi to connect to the net (big house, can't run cables), only to find out that the current usb wifi adapter is absolutely not supported on Linux. I've spent hours looking through forums, trying different fixes with the windows drivers and whatnot, to no avail. The general consensus is to get a new adapter.
I spent a while looking for an adapter that's sure to work out of the box, but it's never too clear. So far, the TL-WN722N, TL-WN821N and TL-WN822N seem like a good choice, but i am not sure. Can anyone suggest me a tried-and-tested adapter, that will simply work?
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
